Rates for registration with accommodation

Rates are mentioned per person, according to the selected kind of accommodation. For any stay, a minimum of 3 consecutive nights is required.

You wish to extend your stay?
Check the “Additional night” column. Any requirement for a stay beyond the Games dates will be subject to agreement by the organization.
 
Are you bringing your children under 16?
Check the “Children” columns.



Rates for registration without accommodation

You can also register for the WMHG without booking any accommodation.

¹ Valid for students in one of the professions admitted to the World Medical and Health Games, on presentation of a document in proof (student ID, registration certificate to Medical School...)



Cancellation insurance (optional)

If you are unable to attend the World Medical and Health Games, this insurance, for a 25 € cost², may allow you to get a refund for the cancellation fees specified in the General Terms and Conditons of Sale.

² Policy available for all participants, for a 25€ price per insured person, for any registration submitted to CSO before June 10th 2010.
